Double-clicking on any of the ABC PhotoGrid icons will open the application in a 3 x 4 grid. These cells can be resized under the GRID, RESIZE CELLS... menu item.
Additionally, the cells may be dynamically resized by selecting a cell (indicated by a dotted line around the photo and the pointer changing to a double-headed arrow) and dragging a corner to the desired size.
If an out of memory error occurrs while launching the ABC PhotoGrid, increase its memory partition and try again.
The size of the grid can be changed to suit your preference either by dragging the size box in the lower right hand corner of the ABC PhotoGrid window or by using the commands under the GRID menu.
Once the ABC PhotoGrid is opened, double-clicking on an image will bring up the full caption for the photo. When the OPTION key is pressed and a photo is double-clicked, a 400 pixel x 400 pixel image is brought up along with brief caption information. If Adobe Photoshop is installed on your computer, when the COMMAND key is pressed and a photo is double-clicked, that photo will be opened in Adobe Photoshop. A JPEG plug-in must be in your Photoshop plug-ins folder.
For this CD-ROM version of the ABC PhotoGrid, only the FIND... option is enabled in the THUMBNAIL menu. Holding the COMMAND key and pressing F will activate the find feature.
